Abstract:
To provide a button type alkali battery superior in reliability.SOLUTION: A button type alkali battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator and an alkali electrolytic solution, which are encased in a battery container tightly sealed by an outer can, a seal plate and a gasket. The negative electrode contains a zinc alloy particle as an active material. The zinc alloy particle contains In of 0.03-0.07 mass%, Bi of 0.02-0.06 mass%, and Al of 0.0001-0.01 mass%.
