Abstract:
To provide a bypass set screw and a bypass passage capable of decreasing the frequency of idle adjustment, by suppressing adhesion of deposit.
The bypass set screw 10 has a screw main body portion 15 screwed with a passage wall 9 of the bypass passage 6 bypassing a throttle valve opening/closing an intake passage 2 of an internal combustion engine, and a valve portion 18 opening/closing the bypass passage 6 by advancing/retracting of the screw main body 15. The valve portion 18 opens/closes the bypass passage 18 in a state forming a passage cross section 27 forming a single pipe-shaped passage wall surface. The valve portion 18 opens/closes the bypass passage 6 in a diameter direction by axial movement.
