To provide a bypass device capable of maintaining a continuous fluid flow state while surely and easily shutting off a flow passage between a pair of flow controllers in a fluid pipe.
A drilling means 50 is configured to partially cut the outer peripheral surface 1a of a fluid pipe 1 in order to drill each insertion hole 1b, and also, to partially cut a part, facing each insertion hole 1b, of the fluid pipe 1 in order to drill each communication hole 1c. A pair of flow controllers 11, 11 is respectively inserted into the fluid pipe 1 through each insertion hole 1b in order to shut off a flow passage of the fluid pipe 1 while preventing each communication hole 1c from being closed. As a result, only by arranging both flow controllers 11, 11 insertingly into the fluid pipe 1 through each insertion hole 1b, 1b during the shutoff of the flow passage of the fluid pipe 1, it is possible to maintain a continuous fluid flow state by maintaining communication between a bypass pipe 12 and the fluid pipe 1 via each communication hole 1c, 1c while surely and easily shutting off the fluid flow passage between both flow controllers 11, 11 in the fluid pipe 1.
