Title:
BYPASSING MIXING CONTROL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04356655
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a bypassing mixing control system capable of restricting an on-off hunting generated near a MOQ off flow rate without making excessive hysteresis of the MOQ on-off by using one flow rate sensor.

CONSTITUTION: In a hot water feeder 1 comprising a heat exchanger 2, a water feeding passage 21 connected to an inlet side of the heat exchanger 2, a hot water feeding-out passage 22 connected to an outlet port and a bypassing passage 23 bypassing the heat exchanger 2 and connecting the water feeding passage 21 with the hot water feeding passage 22, a fed-in water amount sensor 71 is disposed in the water feeding passage 21 and when the water feeding amount (a boiler side water feeding amount) Qc reaches a higher value higher by a predetermined value (q) than a minimum operating water amount MOQOFF where MOQ off is attained (Qc≤MOQOFF+q), the bypassing water amount adjusting valve can be driven from a degree of opening at that time toward its closing direction. However, it prohibits a driving toward an opening direction. It is possible to prevent the water feeding amount (a boiler side water feeding amount) Qc from being decreased to a value lower than the minimum operating water feeding amount MOQOFF and further from becoming MOQ off and to prevent an occurrence of on-off hunting.
