Abstract:
To obtain a new C11 carbamate having excellent pharmacodynamic properties, useful for bacterial infections and protozoal infections of mammals, fishes and birds.
This compound is shown by formula I [X is CH2NR7 or NR7CH2 (R7 is H or a 1-10C alkyl or the like); R1 is hydroxyl; R2 is H, 1-10C alkyl, 2-10C alkenyl, cyano or the like; R3 is a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-4C alkoxy, a (substituted) phenyl or the like; R4 is H or a hydroxyl protective group; R5 and R6 are each H a 1-10C alkyl, a 2-10C alkenyl or the like; R5 and R6 are bonded to form a saturated ring or a heteroaryl ring]. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II with a compound of the formula NHR5R6. The compound of formula II is new.
