To solve the problem that it takes time for displaying an image in a conventional CCTV (Closed Circuit Tele Vision) system, wherein when displaying an image, a user operates mainly GUI (Graphic User Interface) for selecting a camera from a figure of a camera in a map screen, an operation button, or a list displayed on a display screen of a client terminal for operation, so that limited amount of information can be displayed on one screen and it is necessary to sequentially change a plurality of screens in a hierarchical structure in the operation.

One camera is specified among a plurality of cameras, based on a keyword transmitted by a client terminal. Image data transmitted by the specified camera are displayed.
