Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a composite of IL-15 and IL-15Ra.SOLUTION: A method for producing a composite of codon-optimized human IL-15 and codon-optimized human IL-15Ra by recombination includes: culturing a cell that expresses human IL-15 encoded by a specific nucleic acid sequence and human IL-15Ra encoded by a specific nucleic acid sequence; and refining a composite of the human IL-15 and the human IL-15Ra, where the cell expresses at least 0.15pg of human IL-15 per day in the case where the cell is cultured on serum-free culture medium.SELECTED DRAWING: None
