Abstract:
To provide a cabin structure of a construction machine and a method for manufacturing the same, which can improve assemblability of interior trim parts 19 such as an instrumental panel 19a, a seat 19b, and an air conditioner 19c.SOLUTION: A cabin structure of a construction machine includes: a coated cab frame body 3 provided with front pillars 4R and 4L disposed extending vertically at the right and left sides on the front portion of a floor panel 8, rear panels 5R and 5L disposed extending vertically at the right and left sides on the rear portion of the floor panel 8, a center pillar 6 for one door disposed between the front pillar 4L as one of the right and left front pillars and the rear pillar 5L as one of the right and left rear pillars, and a large opening 9 formed between the front pillar 4R as the other of the right and left front pillars and the rear pillar 5R as the other of the right and left rear pillars without having the center pillar; and a coated side panel 7 attached to the large opening 9 between the front pillar 4R and the rear pillar 5R on the other door side of the coated cab frame body 3. The coated side panel 7 is attached to the large opening 9 of the coated cab frame body 3 with bolts, rivets, or an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
