Title:
CABIN TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD FOR VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08253017
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To uniform a temperature distribution in a cabin by adjusting the amount of air conditioning air supplied by varying the amount of opening of an opening adjusting damper device for each temperature control area while always monitoring the temperature distribution conditions inside a cabin based on the detected temperature information from the temperature sensors.

CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 13 reads those temperatures detected by multiple temperature sensors 9a, 9b to 11a, and 11b and, based on the temperature information, calculates and processes the temperature distribution of a temperature control area. Also commands according to the calculation and processing are output into a vehicle air conditioner 2 to start a cooling or heating operation. Then the detected temperatures are compared with set temperatures, and commands according to the comparison results are output into a temperature adjusting damper device 7. In this case, the operating conditions of a cabin fan 4 are known based on the detected current from a current sensor 12, and a reduction in the amount of air conditioning air supplied to the cabin is prevented. In addition, as a specified control interval time is passed, the opening amount of the opening adjusting damper device 1 is varied to control the cabin temperature within a set range.
