A faucet 4 for feeding water to a sink 2 is attached to a counter 3 on a cabinet main body 1, and a water vat 5 is provided below the counter 3 and in a position corresponding to the faucet 4. A sensor 6 for detecting the presence of water in the water vat 5 is provided in the water vat 5, and an automatic shutoff valve 7 which is closed if the sensor 6 detects water is provided in supply piping 8 connected to the faucet 4.
