To easily detach a cover under a water tank mounted on the innermost side of an open space in a cabinet with a water tank which keeps the open space for putting in/out legs, a chair or a storage article installed by opening in the front lower side.

The cabinet with the water tank includes a first space 34 putting in/out the legs, chair and storage article, opening on the front lower side of a cabinet 10, a second space 50 provided above the first space 34 for storing utensils including at least the water tank 20, and a third space 52 provided behind the first space 34 for storing utensils including at least a piping 28, and includes the cover 40 under the water tank for partitioning the spaces 34, 50 to up and down and a piping hiding board 42 for partitioning the spaces 34, 52 to front and rear. The cover 40 under the water tank is locked with its rear end hooked to a rear middle crosspieces 54 and its front end is fixed to the lower face of a front upper crosspiece 48 of the cabinet 10 with screws.
