The cabinet 1 is provided with a cabinet main body 2 provided with the housing space S inside, an outside door 3 consisting of an outside opening/closing member provided swingably between an open position permitting a person to access the inside of the housing space S and a closed position not permitting the person to do so, an object housing body 5 provided inside the housing space S and having an inside housing space SS inside, an inside door 6 consisting of an inside opening/closing member provided swingably between an open position permitting the person to access the inside of the inside housing space SS and a closed position not permitting the person to do so and an inside lock mechanism 7 able to lock the inside door 6 in the closed position, wherein in addition, the cabinet 1 has a lock-state recognition assisting means consisting of failure-to-lock restraining means 81 and 82 for preventing failure to lock the lock mechanism 7.
