To provide a cable connection structure which allows for suppression of positional deviation of a coaxial cable during an electrode connection process, at a moment in time when aligning a multi-core coaxial cable, consisting of a plurality of coaxial cables, with the counterpart electrode, and to provide a cable connection method.
A cable connection structure is provided, between a signal electrode 8 and a ground electrode 9 of a substrate 7, having the signal electrode 8 for connecting the central conductor 3 of a multi-core coaxial cable 2 and the ground electrode 9 for connecting the outer conductor 5 of a multi-core coaxial cable 2, with positioning means 11 for positioning the central conductor 3 while attaching an internal insulator 4 of the multi-core coaxial cable 2. The positioning means 11 is composed of an adhesive nonconductive material which is hardened after the position of the internal insulator 4 adhering to the positioning means 11 is arranged.
