Abstract:
To provide a cable enabling inner cores to be easily separated even in an intermediate part of the cable.
In a cable having a plurality of inner cores 1, 2 of a same kind or of different kinds and having a coating 3 made of plastic outside it, a rip cord 4 is provided passing between the inner cores and crossing, at least, one cross-section taken along the longitudinal direction of the cable, and opposite end parts 4a, 4b of the crossing part of the rip cord project out from a surface of the coating of the cable. By pulling by hand the opposite end parts 4a, 4b of the rip cord longitudinally of the cable, the coating 3 is torn logitudinally and the inner cores 1, 2 can be separated from each other.
