To provide a cable fixation structure that fixes a cable and facilitates movement of the cable in an axial direction and direction adjustment of the cable.

The cable fixation structure includes a recessed part 10 in which a part of a cable is accommodated, a hook part 20 which is provided in the recessed part 10 and has the cable hooked to a part opposed to a bottom part 11 of the recessed part 10, and a shelf part 30 which is formed adjacently to the recessed part 10 and on which a cable extension part extended from the cable part hooked to the hook part 20 is placed. The structure is provided with: a first gap S1 which comprises the recessed part 10 and the shelf part 30, supports the cable extension part at a position shifting from the position of the cable part hooked to the hook part 20 further away from the bottom part 11, is defined among an opening edge of the recessed part 10, and the hook part 20 and the shelf part 30, and can change the direction of the cable extension part; and a second gap S2 which is defined between the hook part 20 and the recessed part 10, and restricts attachment and detachment of the cable.
