Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix properly a cable in a seat back of a vehicular seat, suppress costs to the minimum, and prevent the cable from expanding greatly to the outside of a frame in the seat back so as to secure safety of a seated occupant.SOLUTION: In a cable fixing structure which is applied to a seat back of a vehicular seat, the seat back has a panel type or shell type seat back frame 9 whose part corresponding to the back of a seated occupant is made of a plate-like member. The seat back frame 9 is formed by molding processing using synthetic resin. At the part corresponding to the back of the seated occupant in the seat back frame 9 is formed a groove 36 for fixing a cable 29 by the molding processing at the same time when the seat back frame 9 is formed by the molding processing. The groove 36 has a width and a depth sufficient to house the cable 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
