PURPOSE: To grip the intermediate part of a cable and further to prevent the cable from flawing by integrally forming a base part of a plurality of narrow long flat bands, having flexible large tensile strength, into a ring part, and fixing velvet fasteners detachably to a point end of each band.

CONSTITUTION: A base part of six flat bands 1 consisting of polyester fiber, having flexible large tensile strength, is mounted to a ring 2. Detachable male and female velvet fasteners 3a, 3b are fixed to a point end of each band 1. The band 1 by one set of two is helically wound entangled in a point end part of a cable 4, wound onto a reel, to connect the point end male and female velvet fasteners 3a, 3b. Next, the ring 2 in a point end of the cable 4 is stopped to a winch. When this winch is actuated, each band 1 is pulled to firmly grip the cable 4 drawn out from the reel.
