PURPOSE: To reduce slide noise which is generated when a cable duct is pulled around as it follows the travel of a travel movement body, by forming swollen thickness portions on link slide surfaces.
CONSTITUTION: At right and left links 7 constituting elements of a duct segment, swollen thickness portions 7b bulging out standlike are formed on the perimeter surfaces of the sides where a cover piece 9 is furnished, that is, on the perimeter surfaces that are in a laid condition at which bending into a hair pin shape is made, and which face on the inner perimeter sides. And after duct segments are assembled, a cable duct 6 is assembled and constituted by connecting a number of duct segments. In the case of the cable duct 6 moving in a state in which it is folded into the upper and lower sides, slide is made as the link 7 swollen thickness portions 7b themselves are coming into contact with each other. Accordingly, duct segment cover pieces 9 or cut-out step portions 7a formed at the perimeter surfaces of links themselves or the like do not chafe with each other, as they rise up from slide surfaces.
