This cable guide device 30 is provided with a four-side roller 35. The four-side roller 35 is provided with a first roller 37 rotatably arranged on a guide shaft 33 and a bracket 39 rockingly arranged in the verical direction on the outside of the first roller 37. The bracket 39 comprises a freely rotatable second roller 47 oppositely arranged in almost parallel to the axial direction of the first roller 37 on the upper right side of the first roller 37, a third roller 49 and a fourth roller rotatably arranged on the drawing directional this side and the inmost side of the first roller 37 in the direction almost perpendicular to the axial direction of the first roller 37 on the right side of the second roller 47. Clearance 53 for inserting a cable C is formed between the first roller 37 and the fourth roller.
