Of the cable joint device consisting of a fixed side contactor 2 and a movable side contactor 1, the movable side contactor 1 has a movable contact terminal 5 held at a end inside an insulation outer cylinder 3 in free movement toward an axis direction of the insulation outer cylinder 3, and a cable connection terminal 7 fixed at the other end inside the insulation outer cylinder 3 for fixing and connecting a cable. The movable contact terminal 5 and the cable connection terminal 7 are connected with a plurality of braided flexible conductors 9 in a twisted state, the movable contact terminal 5 has a hollow part 5a formed in the axis direction, inside which 5a, an insulation rod 7a extended from the cable connection terminal 7 is arranged in free sliding movement as well as a spring 6 biasing the movable contact terminal 5 outward along the axis line of the insulation outer cylinder is arranged between an end face of the insulation rod 7a and a bottom face of the hollow part 5a. The fixed side contactor 2 has a fixed contact terminal 8 arranged in opposition to the movable side contact terminal.
