Thickness of a part 3a in which the sheath pipe 4 is embedded exceeds the thickness of other parts 3b. The sheath pipe 4 is shorter than the cable laying pipe 1. Holes 6 communicated with end faces of the sheath pipe 4 are formed on end faces 1a, 1b of the sheath pipe 4.
