Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability by connecting the forward end of a press wire to the rear end of a guide arranged on the inside of a spiral cable suspender, connecting the forward end of a pull cord to the end of the press wire and fixing the guide movably to suspension wire thereby eliminating the need for stationing a worker between utility poles.
SOLUTION: A press wire 6 connected with a guide 3 is fixed, at the forward end thereof, with a connector 7 and, at the end thereof, with the connector 7 of a pull wire tool 9 comprising a connection hook 8 provided with a pull cord 10. The guide 3 is arranged on the inside a spiral cable suspender 2 from one pole side and the pull wire tool 9, i.e., the press wire 6, is pressed from one pole side to another pole side. When the press wire 6 is pulled on the another pole side, forward end of the pull cord 10 is shifted from one pole side to another pole side and a cable can be stretched. According to the arrangement, a worker is not required to be stationed between poles and the workability can be enhanced.
