Abstract:
To enhance the in-plane rigidity of a roof .SOLUTION: The cable roof structure comprises: a compression ring 20 and a tension ring 40 opposed to each other; top chord cables 50 stretched between the compression ring 20 and the tension ring 40; a pair of bottom chord cables 52 arranged at lower side than the top chord cable 50, stretched between the compression ring 20 and the tension ring 40, and arranged at both sides of the top chord cable 50 in the plan view; and a pair of connection cables 60 and a roof face material 62 connecting the top chord cable 50 and the pair of bottom chord cables 52 to each other, and forming a truss 64 in viewing from the opposite direction of the compression ring 20 and the tension ring 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
