To provide a cable router regulating structure that prevents interference between a cable router and a vehicle body when, for example, a sliding door is opened, and may not be an obstacle when not used (when the sliding door is closed).
The cable router route regulating structure is configured so that a guide member 2 urged in a protruding direction by an elastic member 4 is provided on a structure 14 on one side, a bending surface 5 for bending the cable router 6 following the guide member is provided on the tip of the guide member, the route of the cable router is regulated by leading out the cable router to the other structure side along the bending surface while the guide member protrudes toward the other structure 16 by an biasing force of the elastic member, and the guide member is pressed in the direction opposite to the protruding direction with the other structure while the cable router is derived to the opposite side when one or the other structure moves. The guide member 2 is freely slidably provided in the case 3, the guide member protrudes to the outside from the case by the biasing force of the elastic member in the case, and the bent surface 12 for guiding the cable router is provided in the case oppositely to the bending surface 5.
