A support arm 1 is provided with a fixing part 1a to a wall surface. A support frame 2 of insulator is rotatably supported on the support arm 1 by its lower surface side using first bolt 3 and nut 4. A pair of, right and left, ears 7 and 8 are supported on the support frame 2 to pinch a support wire c of a cable C using second bolt 5 and nut 6. The rotation center of the support frame 2 is positioned on a vertical straight line penetrating the center between both ears 7 and 8. First and second bushes 24 and 25 of insulator are interposed in the insert part of the bolts 3 and 5 into the support frame 2. A reinforcing metal plate 26 is added to the inner surface of the support frame 2 on such side as both bushes 24 and 25 are attached.
