Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a wire securely on a bound object, while suppressing idling of a feed gear that takes place when the wire is pulled back.SOLUTION: A pull-back operation is started for a wire W, when feed operation for the wire W is finished. (S150) A control section 100 compares time T3, when a driving curent Iequals or is greater than a standard driving current I, with preset standard time T3 (S190), when the following is determined to be applicable: time T2is less than standard time T2 (S160); a pull-back amount R2is less than a standard pull-back amount R2 (S170); and the driving current Iequals or is greater than the standard driving current I (S180). The control section 100 finishes the pull-back operation for the wire W by halting a feed motor 32 (S200), in a case the time T3that is when the driving current Iequals or is greater than the standard driving current I equals or is greater than the standard time T3, determining that a first feed gear 30 L and a second feed gear 30R start idling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
