A pair of eccentric rollers rotatably supported by a supporting member 32 are provided so that outer circumferences bite into the cable 5 in a cable gripping state CL. The back cable gripping device 4 further comprises a pusher 57 which is a cable releasing operation body for storage that is operated by the cable gripping operation body installed in a conveying path into the cable gripping condition CL, and projects backward from a cable gripping operated body mounted to the eccentric rollers and the supporting member 32. The front cable gripping device 3 further comprises a cable releasing operated body which is operated by a cable releasing operation body installed in the conveying path or the pusher 57 into a cable releasing state OP, and mounted to the eccentric rollers.
