CONSTITUTION: This cable winding device is provided with a cable drum driving mechanism 31 driving a drum winding a cable, a cable drum driving circuit 32 driving the cable drum driving mechanism 31, a cable winding control circuit 41A controlling the cable drum driving circuit 32, a cable holding mechanism 11, a cable hold driving circuit 12 driving the cable holding mechanism 11, and a cable tension detecting means 21 detecting the tension of the cable.
