Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep groove ball bearing which secures the assembling performance of a ball, and is improved in thrust load resistance.SOLUTION: A ball 31 is assembled between a raceway groove 12 of an outer ring 11 and a raceway groove 22 of an inner ring 21, and the ball 31 is held by a first split cage 41 and a second split cage 42 which is fit to the inside of the first split cage. A shoulder 13a provided at one side of the outer ring raceway groove and a shoulder 23b provided at the other side of the inner ring raceway groove are set higher than other shoulders 13b and 23a. A large thrust load can be supported by bringing a ratio H/d between a shoulder height Hof the shoulder 23b at the other side of the inner ring and a ball diameter d of the ball fall into a range exceeding 0.50 and lower than 0.52. A distance which is obtained by adding an inter-shoulder distance at one-end sides of the outer ring and the inner ring and an inter-shoulder distance at the other side is set longer than the ball diameter d of the ball, the outer ring and the inner ring are offset with respect to each other in a radial direction, and a clearance into which the ball can be assembled is formed at a part of a peripheral direction between the other end sides of the outer ring and the inner ring in a state in which a part of an external periphery of the shoulder 23b of the inner ring at the other side is made to abut on a part of an internal periphery of the shoulder 13b of the outer ring at the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
