Abstract:
To provide a cage for an elevator capable of being mounted and removed and exchanged without thickening a cage wall by a simple structure.
The cage for the elevator is provided with a car floor 6; a ceiling 10 arranged above the car floor 6; a lower part fitting groove 6a formed at the upper surface edge of the car floor 6; an upper part fitting groove 10b formed at the lower surface edge of the ceiling 10; and the cage wall having a lower end detachably fitted to the lower part fitting groove 6a from above and an upper end detachably fitted to the upper part fitting groove 10b from below and fixed to the car floor 6 and the ceiling 10.
