PURPOSE: To optimize the vibration isolating effect by adjusting the load applied to elastic bodies inserted between a cage frame and sash pulleys of the cage frame via a lever action.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of the right and left beams 11 and 11' are fitted to the upper beam 2b of a cage frame 2 via load receiving rubbers 12 and fulcrum vibration isolating rubbers 13. Vibration isolating rubbers 13 on the cage frame 2 side of beams 11 and 11' are fitted to the upper beam 2b and the cage frame 2 via spherical seats 14a, 14b and 15a, 15b. A pair of the right and left beams 11 and 11' are fixed by stoppers 16 at the center side, and a pair of sash pulleys for the cage 7 and 7' wound with a rope 1 are rotatably supported. Load receiving rubbers 12 can be moved to the right and left, the load is minimum at the center and becomes larger near both ends serving as fulcrums, and rubbers 12 are installed at positions where the rubber characteristic suits the load. The vibration isolating effect is adjusted optimum.
