Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cake baking mold enabling easily and perfectly cleaning the pieces of products generated at the time of taking out the baked produce or the residual waste of toppings added to dough.
SOLUTION: A baking space 3 is formed between upper and lower molds 1 and 2 which can be freely piled, many projecting bodies 4 are formed at the respective inner surfaces of these upper/lower molds 1 and 2, and sidewalls 5 and 6 are respectively formed at only two opposed directions among the peripheral four directions of the inner surfaces. At the time of piling the molds 1 and 2, the top parts 5a and 6a of the sidewalls 5 and 6 are in contact with the mutually opposed inner surfaces 1a and 2a of the molds 1 and 2, and both side parts 5b of the sidewalls 5 and both side parts 6b of the sidewalls 6 are in contact with each other.
