Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake separation device increasing capability by separating a cake simultaneously with the plate-opening to reduce miscellaneous time.SOLUTION: A guide shaft 12 which is erected on a shoulder part of a filter plate 4 and to which a spring 13 is externally inserted oscillatably supports a support bar 14 hanging an upper end part of a filter cloth 16, and a vibration application shaft 31 on which many impact contact plates 32 are mounted is provided near the lower part of the support bar 14. Accordingly, a cake is separated from the filter cloth 16 by sequentially bringing the support bar 14 suspended by the weight of the cake or residue attaching to the filter cloth 16 into impact contact with the impact contact plates 32 while continuously performing the plate-opening of the many filter plates 4. The miscellaneous time is thereby reduced to increase the capability.
