Abstract:
To provide a calcium phosphate based hydrothermal solidified body which has a high strength, and to provide a production method therefor with a low energy consumption.
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate [Brushite](CaHPO4-2H2O) and slaked lime are mixed, and the mixture is fired into β-TCP (tricresyl phosphate). The β-TCP is subjected to dry grinding, and is thereafter compacted to obtain a compact. The compact is subjected to hydrothermal treatment to obtain the hydrothermal solidified body.
