To provide a Ca2+ signal transduction inhibitor which originates from a natural substance, and useful for prophylaxis, ameliorations and treatments of various diseases such as excessive immunoreaction.
The Ca2+ signal transduction inhibitor comprises an active ingredient as a neolignan compound such as futoenone and burchellin contained in Magnolia liliflora plant, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
