Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine the power output of a gas turbine using the power output of an electric generator.SOLUTION: A calculation device of power output of a prime mover comprises: an apparent output fluctuation calculation unit 111 for determining an apparent output fluctuation Δp of a gas turbine; and an output computing unit 118 that subtracts the apparent output fluctuation Δp from an output Pg of the electric generator detected by an output force meter 26 to obtain an output Pt of the gas turbine. The apparent output fluctuation calculation unit 111 includes: an output fluctuation calculation unit 120 for determining an apparent output fluctuation of the gas turbine by using the number of revolution of the electric generator detected by a rotational speed meter 25, a rotation number rate of change of the number of revolution, and inertia moment I of a rotary system in the gas turbine and the electric generator; and a delay time adjustment unit 112 for adjusting the apparent output fluctuation determined by the output fluctuation calculation unit 120 to the output fluctuation prior to a delay time Td of the output from the output force meter 26, which is delayed from the output from the rotational speed meter 25.
