Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration device capable calibrating a camera parameter under an environment where a liner feature part is not existed.SOLUTION: A calibration device 116 includes: an image generation part 118 that converts a plurality of frames obtained by imaging periphery by a plurality of cameras that is attached to a vehicle traveling on a road and images the periphery of the vehicle to overhead images, and generates one composite image by composing a plurality of overhead images; a locus line acquirement part 119 that acquires a locus line obtained by linearly connecting both coordinate points corresponded to a position of a specified feature material that had entered into one overlapping composite image obtained by overlapping an individual composite image generated at a different time in the image generation part 118; and a parameter calibration part 121 that calibrates a camera parameter in regards to an attachment state of the plurality of cameras so as to extend the locus line acquired in the locus line acquirement part 119 along a traveling direction of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
