Abstract:
To control an amount of combustion air against a fuel gas to a proper amount to enable good combustion and make maintenance easy when the fuel gas and the combustion air are mixed and the mixture is combusted in a radiant tube at a combustion burner part at one end part of the radiant tube.SOLUTION: A radiant tube burner facility supplies a fuel gas and combustion air to a combustion burner part 12 at one end part of a radiant tube 11, mixes the fuel gas with the combustion air at the combustion burner part to combust the mixture in a radiant tube, and discharges a flue gas generated after the combustion from the other end part of the radiant tube. An oxygen sensor 31 which detects an oxygen concentration is provided at the other end part on the discharge side of the radiant tube which discharges the flue gas. The oxygen sensor is calibrated during a purge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
