Abstract:
To provide a calibration method for a pressure-sensitive sensor capable of reducing a calibration data to be stored, while evading lowering of precision.
In this calibration method for the pressure-sensitive sensor distribution-arranged with a plurality of pressure-sensitive elements, an approximation expression for expressing a relation between an output X and pressure P is determined based on an observed data of the output X to the pressure P, in every of the plurality of pressure-sensitive elements.
