Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration system for an on-vehicle camera, capable of correctly calibrating the on-vehicle camera and evaluating the accuracy thereof, without need of vehicle positioning.SOLUTION: The calibration system includes: a calibration target 101 including a plurality of lines L1-L8 arrayed in a double-cross shape or a grid shape; a plurality of cameras mounted on predetermined parts of a vehicle, for imaging a vehicle periphery part including the calibration target 101; means for calibrating each camera by using an image captured by the camera; and means for evaluating the calibration accuracy by using an image of the vehicle periphery part, including the calibration target, captured by the plurality of cameras.
