Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control method in which the improvement of the efficiency of the operator and the improvement of a wait time of a connected called part are compatible with an outbound business system.
SOLUTION: In this method, a call center system is provided with a exchange 10, plural telephone sets connecting to the exchange 10, a host computer 20 connecting to the exchange 10, and plural operator terminals 30 connecting to the host computer 20, each terminal 30 executes a program for an outbound job and the host computer 20 predicts the end of speech to a called party for each operator and makes automatic dialing according to a called party list prior to the end of the speech and a replied call to a telephone set corresponding to an idle operator as the call control of this system. The execution of a specific location of the program on the terminal 30 is detected to detect in advance the end of the speech and the number of calls for automatic dialing is decided based on the number of the operators whose speech end is detected in advance.
