Abstract:
To provide a call control system and a call control method, where in the case that simultaneous calls are performed for a staff using nurse calls from users in caring or nursing, the staff takes appropriate measures depending on priority of the calls.SOLUTION: A call control system comprises: call slave units 10 with which a call is made from a user; an IP-PBX 100; a portable terminal 30 carried by a staff performing caring service or nursing service; and a radio AP device 20 for calling the portable terminal 30 and performing communication by radio. The IP-PBX100 stores caring information or nursing information on each user; calculates response priority for each user from the caring information or nursing information; and, when the portable terminal 30 is called from a call slave unit 10, creates incoming call display data containing response priority for each user and transmits the incoming call display data to the called portable terminal 30. The portable terminal 30 displays an incoming call display screen including the response priority for each user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
