Abstract:
To prevent trouble caused by performing a call during the movement of a mobile station 100.
A call controller 200 for controlling the phone call to the mobile station 100 includes a movement speed acquisition part 250 for acquiring the movement speed of the mobile station 100; and a call control part 260 for not performing the call to the mobile station 100 even when the call to the mobile station 100 is requested, in the case where the mobile speed is not less than reference speed. A call control part 260 reports that the mobile station 100 is being moved to a caller telephone set 40 which requests the call to the mobile station, when the mobile speed is not less than the reference speed.
