A first arm part 3 and a second arm part 4 are connected to a cord-like part 1 hanging from the ceiling, and other ends of the first arm part 3 and the second arm 4 are approximated in the normal state to form a ring. As force is applied to the inner side of the ring, a connection part 5 separates the other ends with one ends of the first arm part 3 and the second arm part 4 as an axis. With this structure, when a user grasps the ring, the other ends of the first arm part 3 and the second arm part 4 forming the ring are separated to generate a call signal, whereby the user can not use the ring as an assistant in standing up even if the user tries to grasp the ring. Accordingly, the safety of the user can be improved when the user tries to grasp the ring hanging from the ceiling to make a call.
