PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a customer terminal has not heretofore always been connected to an internet, a server side cannot take an initiative so that timely information cannot be transmitted to the terminal.
SOLUTION: A call originating server system comprises a call originating server 4 provided at a server side of an information center. The server 4 is connected to a plurality of communication channels such as analog telephone channels, ISDN channels or the like, and has a call originating type database 3 in which a communicating sequence in the call originating can be freely set. The server 4 has a command interpreter which can simply control a command from an application server 2.
