Abstract:
To provide a technique to support a near-end speaker side in improving attention to parallel actions.SOLUTION: A call support system including a call support device that supports a call in which a near-end speaker makes a call with a communication device used by a far-end speaker, comprises: a voice input/output control unit that acquires uttered voice information by collecting uttered voices of the near-end speaker, and pronounces, at a predetermined volume, received voice information received from the communication device of the far-end speaker; a voice analysis unit that determines whether or not the near-end speaker does not utter voices for a predetermined time, using the uttered voice information; and a mute processing unit that controls to make the voice input/output control unit pronounce the received voice information in a mute state, when the near-end speaker is in a state of not uttering voices for the predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
