To provide a call target determination system capable of determining the most efficient call target.
(1) Each employee has a mobile terminal 27 that stores the employee's ID. (2) The mobile terminal 27 receives a beacon ID from an infrared beacon 11 on a ceiling and sends it to a call target determination server 21. (3) Based on the beacon ID received, the call target determination server 21 determines each employee's current position and working condition and determines whether or not they can respond to a call from a customer. (4) When calling an employee, the customer pushes a call button 13. (5) The call button 13 sends a button ID. (6) The call target determination server 21 determines the most suitable employee on the basis of the determination on whether each employee can respond to the call, the distance between a call table and each employee, and tasks showing the attributes of the employees. (7) The most suitable employee is informed of the call table. (8) The employee informed of the table responds to the table.
