PURPOSE: To efficiently implement the allocation of applied service (customization) of service to be applied while covering a wide area by eliminating the need for the customization as relation of correspondence between identification information of each subscriber and identification information of the service to be applied for each customization.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of implementing the customization, a standard area/ applied service relevant storage means 2 is to be built up as the relation between identification information 6 of the standard area and identification information 7 of the applied service. When the service to be applied is decided based on a call from each subscriber, geometrical discontinuity of the identification information 5 of each subscriber is absorbed by a subscriber/standard area relevant storage means 1. Then after the identification information 5 of the subscriber is converted into the identification information 6 of the standard area, the identification information 7 of the service to be applied is obtained via the identification information 6 of the standard area. Thus, while a board area is being covered, the customization of the service to be applied is efficiently implemented.
