The handrail attachment part 1 that is formed of an elastic and restorable material, has a shape formed by cutting a part of a cylinder, and is detachable from the cylindrical handrail, is integrally formed with a switch case 3 that is arranged on the handrail attachment part and storing a call button 2. Multiple slits 4 and multiple joint parts 5 are alternately formed between the handrail attachment part 1 and the switch case 3. Even when the handrail attachment part 1 is opened in attaching the handrail attachment part 1 to the horizontally long elliptical handrail, force is added to only the joint parts 5 formed by the multiple slits 4. Consequently, the handrail attachment part 1 is independently moved from the switch case 3. The handrail attachment part 1 has elasticity, thereby to prevent a gap from being formed between the handrail attachment part 1 and the handrail.
