Title:
カロリーメータ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4080778
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
Calorimeter (1) comprises an absorber (5) for absorption of X-ray radiation, a resistor (4) made from a superconductor and arranged below the absorber, and a membrane (3) covering the resistor. The calorimeter produces a thermal equalization of the joule heat produced by a current flowing in the resistor to allow the current to transfer to the membrane. An insulating film (7) with a hole (8) leading from the resistor to the absorber is provided between the resistor and the absorber.
